The SIIA CARE app is a joint effort of the European Society of Hypertension and the SIIA Società Italiana per la Ipertensione Arteriosa.

It is especially made as a joint venture for the UPCOMING "XII Giornata Mondiale contro l’Ipertensione Arteriosa"

It is an initial framework for a range of Health Awareness applications sponsored by the SIIA, European Society of Hypertension and YouCo in order to raise the awareness on the silent killer hypertension. The scope of this simple app is to easily record and keep track of you blood pressure and share with the medical staff that is helping you to better monitor your condition.

Additionally the app has a handy medicine reminder alarm timer so you always know when and what medicine to take and an information portal with tips and hints on how to keep hypertension under control with diet, exercise and other useful info specifically studied by the SIIA & European Society of Hypertension.

Il est un cadre initial pour une gamme d'applications de sensibilisation à la santé parrainés par la SIIA, European Society of Hypertension et YouCo afin de sensibiliser sur l'hypertension tueur silencieux. La portée de cette application simple est d'enregistrer facilement et garder une trace de vous la pression artérielle et de partager avec le personnel médical qui aide à mieux surveiller votre état.

De plus, l'application a une portée de main médicaments alarme de rappel de la minuterie de sorte que vous savez toujours quand et quels médicaments à prendre et un portail d'information avec des conseils et des suggestions sur la façon de garder l'hypertension sous contrôle avec un régime alimentaire, l'exercice et d'autres informations utiles spécifiquement étudié par la SIIA et européenne Society of Hypertension.
